Michael Sierzant

My background includes leadership roles at premier national retailers including Bloomingdale’s, Lord & Taylor, and Kohl’s, as well as senior positions with best-in-class Amazon accelerators Firefly Buys and Recom. Currently, I serve as on the Advisory Council for the United Inventors Association.

Across these environments, I have helped brands launch, scale operations, and navigate increasingly competitive marketplaces.

My approach is simple: start with the people behind the business, understand the brand behind the product, and build the partnership that will drive success.
